Terms of Service

By using Bloxpro.gg (the Discord bot, its commands, ticket system and web pages), you agree to these terms.

1. Economy and virtual currency

• Bobux (B$) and in-bot items are virtual items for entertainment inside Discord.
• Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

2. Fair use

• Automated scripting, macroing or exploiting bugs to manipulate balances, tickets or checks is prohibited.
• Do not spam commands, tickets or buttons, or use the bot to harass others.
• We may reset balances, blacklist users from tickets, or remove access for anyone breaking these rules.

3. Tickets, purchases and services

• Tickets are private channels between you and staff. When a ticket closes, a transcript is saved and may be sent to you and to the staff log.
• Purchases are agreed between you and the seller in the ticket. Staff log completed purchases; the bot itself does not take payments or send Robux.
• Custom service requests receive a quote before any work starts. Each order is agreed in its ticket.

4. Optional Roblox account linking

• /link lets you opt in to Roblox identity verification and use your linked account as the default in supported commands. You can still type usernames manually.
• Check the Roblox account shown in Discord before confirming, and link only an account you are allowed to use. Linking does not grant extra Discord roles or permissions.
• Use /link action:unlink to remove your link. Separate transaction history and staff-managed account links are not removed by this command.
• Payout checks and transfer tracking are informational. They do not move Robux or guarantee that Roblox will approve a payout.

5. Notifications

• The bot may DM you receipts, ticket transcripts and reminders you set up. Turn these off at any time with the button under any DM or with /toggledms.
• Group change announcements are posted in the server. Pings for them are opt-in through the Group alerts button.

6. No warranty

• Bloxpro.gg is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, Discord or Roblox outages, or data resets.
• These terms may change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
